SEFORGE Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coating Supervisor (Engineering Trainee)to join our Foundry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising coating operations, ensuring product quality, maintaining production schedules, and leading shop-floor teams while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise coating operations as per the production plan.
- Ensure uniform coating thickness and proper application on moulds and cores.
- Monitor coating quality and drying time in accordance with SOPs.
- Coordinate with Moulding, Closing, and Pouring teams for smooth production flow.
- Maintain daily production reports and operational records.
- Minimize coating defects, rework, and material wastage.
- Effectively allocate manpower to meet production targets.
- Supervise and guide operators to ensure productivity and discipline.
- Implement and maintain safety standards and housekeeping practices.
- Plan shift activities and monitor overall shop-floor performance.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Foundry or Manufacturing.
- Fresh engineering graduates with relevant internships/projects may also apply.
