As a SharePoint Content Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining content within enterprise-level SharePoint environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure accurate, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across SharePoint sites and portals.
What You Will Do:

Create, update, and manage pages, document libraries, lists, and site content within SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premise environments.

Build and maintain SharePoint pages using out-of-the-box web parts, Spark Accelerator components, custom components, and templates.

Gain a strong understanding of SharePoint site architecture, navigation, permissions, and content governance.

Ensure content consistency, usability, accessibility, and adherence to organizational standards.

Provide effort estimates for content migration, updates, and maintenance activities for planning and scheduling purposes.

Collaborate with QA teams to validate content accuracy, formatting, links, and functionality.
-
Work with developers and administrators to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint content issues, defects, and bugs.
-
Support ongoing production maintenance activities including content publishing, archival, and updates.
-
Review and validate work completed by team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and production readiness.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support intranet, collaboration, and document management initiatives.
Qualifications:

Experience working with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premise environments.

Hands-on experience with SharePoint content authoring, page creation, document management, and site administration.
Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including content authoring, publishing workflows, and digital experience management, is highly preferred.

Experience working with Spark Accelerator is good to have.

Understanding of SharePoint modern pages, web parts, lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows.

Experience with content migration and governance practices is a plus.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform is preferred.

Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus.

Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
