About the Role
Fixzep Thondri Venture Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Multi Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), and general repair services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in multiple trades, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Maintenance:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems including wiring, switches, sockets, MCBs, lights, fans, and distribution boards.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults safely and efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
Plumbing Maintenance:
- Repair water leakages, blocked drains, taps, faucets, flush systems, and sanitary fittings.
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures and accessories.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and carry out minor installations.
Air Conditioning (HVAC):
- Perform routine servicing of split and window AC units.
- New Installations and Dismantling.
- Clean filters, coils, and drainage systems.
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and report major repairs when required.
General Maintenance:
- Handle minor carpentry, door and window repairs, furniture adjustments, and other handyman tasks.
- Perform basic appliance inspections and minor repair works.
- Ensure all assigned maintenance work is completed within the required timeline.
Field Operations:
- Visit customer locations for scheduled and emergency service requests.
- Identify issues across multiple systems and provide effective on-site solutions.
- Maintain service records, job reports, and material usage updates.
- Report spare parts requirements and equipment damage to supervisors.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times.
- Deliver professional, courteous, and customer-focused service.
Required Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related trade.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant multi-technical maintenance experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills:

Eligibility:
- Experience in Electrical: 2- 3 year, (Required), Plumbing: 2- 3 year (Required), Air Conditioning: 2- 3 year (Preferred) And Handyman/General Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred).
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing OR 2–4 years multi-technical experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across 2–3 trades.
- Physically fit for field operations.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% for customer service visits.
