Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, develop new institutional customers, strengthen existing customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop business with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, medical colleges, research institutions, and government organizations.
- Identify and acquire new institutional customers across Kerala.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Prepare sales strategies, territory plans, and revenue forecasts.
- Monitor quotations, negotiations, order conversion, collections, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits with sales executives and provide coaching.
- Review sales performance through CRM and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and application teams for seamless customer support.
- Ensure achievement of sales, gross margin, and collection targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Laboratory Products, Hospital Supplies, or Life Science sales.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience handling institutional and government customers is highly preferred.

- Experience with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
