About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Assisted Service Executive to manage client relationships, provide personalized matchmaking assistance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves achieving business targets through membership renewals, upgrades, and premium service conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable profiles.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Drive membership renewals, upgrades, and premium service sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and service documentation.
- Achieve assigned revenue and conversion targets.
Eligibility
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, Sales, BPO, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, or the Matrimony industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
