Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager – Information Technology to oversee the organisation's IT infrastructure, end-user support, cybersecurity, network operations, and technology assets across multiple locations. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of the IT environment while supporting the organisation's growth and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Network Management
- Manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, internet connectivity, wireless networks, and end-user computing systems.
- Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all IT systems across corporate and community locations.
- Monitor infrastructure health and proactively address performance or security concerns.
Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Platforms
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user access management.
- Manage licensing, user provisioning, permissions, and security configurations.
- Support the adoption and effective utilization of digital workplace tools.
End-User Support & Service Delivery
- Lead IT support activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Establish and monitor service levels to deliver a high-quality user experience.
- Provide technical guidance and support to employees across locations.
Information Security & Business Continuity
- Implement and maintain endpoint security, access controls, antivirus solutions, and security best practices.
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
- Support compliance with organizational security standards and technology policies.
IT Asset & Lifecycle Management
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and inventory.
- Oversee procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT equipment.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure asset accountability and compliance.
CCTV, Biometric & Facility Technology Systems
- Manage and support CCTV surveillance systems, biometric attendance devices, access control systems, and related technologies.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor support activities.
Vendor & Technology Partner Management
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
- Support procurement activities, contract renewals, and cost optimization initiatives.
Documentation, Compliance & Governance
- Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including policies, SOPs, asset registers, and network diagrams.
- Ensure software license compliance and adherence to internal IT governance practices.
- Support audits and compliance-related activities as required.
Technology Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in infrastructure enhancement projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support IT setup and technology deployment for new offices and community locations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and process automation.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, Networking, Cybersecurity, or System Administration will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Network Administration, or IT Operations.
- Experience managing technology environments across multiple locations is preferred.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, Senior Living, Facilities Management, or similar service-driven industries will be advantageous.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
