Position - Asst. Project Manager (Premium Interior Sites)

Job Summary
D'LIFE Home Interiors is looking for an experienced and results-driven Fit-Out Project Manager to lead the execution of premium residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from site handover to final delivery while ensuring quality, timely completion, cost control, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior fit-out projects.
- Plan project schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, production, procurement, vendors, and installation teams.
- Supervise site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality standards, workmanship, and safety compliance at all project sites.
- Monitor material planning, deliveries, and site inventory.
- Manage subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and site supervisors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution challenges.
- Control project costs and minimize rework.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and management.
- Handle client concerns professionally and ensure a smooth project experience.
- Coordinate project measurements, documentation, billing, and final handover.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1–6 years of experience in residential interior fit-out or project execution.
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and turnkey residential interior projects is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential interior fit-out execution.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent project planning and coordination skills.

- Budget monitoring and cost control.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
