Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Apparel Industry

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base in the Apparel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, visiting retailers/distributors, and achieving sales targets while promoting the company's apparel products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and prospective clients to promote the company's apparel products.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present product catalogues, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
- Collect purchase orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely deliveries.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and maintain accurate client records.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices when required.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and product launches.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business development abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Apparel/Garment/Fashion industry.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Apparel, Garment, Textile, Fashion, or Retail Sales will be preferred.
Requirements:
- Must have own bike/scooter with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
