We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Moshi, Pune. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to guide customers through the home-buying process. The role involves generating leads, conducting site visits, presenting projects, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with CRM and management teams to ensure timely customer communication.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and bookings.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3-6 months of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
