1. Guest Services & Relations
- Check-ins and Check-outs: Verify guest IDs, collect payments, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
- Concierge Services: Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, dining options, and travel directions.
- Complaint Resolution: Listen to guest feedback and resolve any issues (e.g., billing disputes or room changes) in a fast, efficient manner.
2. Reservations & Administration
- Booking Management: Take and confirm reservations via phone, email, or booking platforms, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Maintain logs of room availability, guest accounts, and employee movements.
- Upselling: Offer room upgrades and special packages to increase hotel revenue.
3. Inter-Departmental Coordination
- Housekeeping Liaison: Update the status of ready rooms, "Do Not Disturb" (DND) flags, and special cleaning requests.
- Maintenance: Report facility or equipment issues in guest rooms to the engineering team for quick repairs.
4. Financial & Security Duties
- Billing: Compute bills, process credit card/cash transactions, and balance the cash drawer (often assisting with night audit processes).
- Security: Ensure proper key control, handle in-room safes, and maintain guest privacy and data security.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
