Lead pre- and post-sales technical and customer support for advanced life science microscope imaging systems (Confocal, Super-Resolution, Spinning Disk, High-Content). Manage and mentor application and service teams, ensuring efficient installation, troubleshooting, and user training. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, build strong customer relationships, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Life Sciences; 15+ years of experience in imaging (including 5+ years in a leadership role); hands-on experience with major microscopy platforms.

KPIs:
Customer satisfaction, response time, training success, and contract renewals.
