Key Responsibilities:
Execute clients’ buy and sell orders accurately and efficiently.
Monitor live market movements and provide timely market updates to clients.
Handle order punching and trading activities through NSE/BSE trading terminals.
Monitor client positions, exposure limits, margins, and risk requirements.
Provide trade confirmations and ensure proper end-of-day processing.
Handle and resolve client queries related to trading, orders, and market activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Acquire new clients and expand the client base through active networking, references, leads, and market outreach.
Bring in new Assets Under Management (AUM) and increase the overall AUM of the business.
Generate brokerage revenue by increasing client trading activity and engagement.
Identify client investment requirements and offer suitable financial products and services.
Cross-sell products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, IPOs, and other investment products.
Achieve assigned targets related to client acquisition, AUM, brokerage revenue, and trading volumes.
Ensure regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into active clients.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE/BSE regulations, and internal risk-management guidelines.
Coordinate with the back-office and other teams for smooth trade settlement and client servicing.
Eligibility:
Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Prior experience in stock broking, equity dealing, wealth management, or client acquisition is preferred.
NISM certification, particularly NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives, may be required depending on the role.
Good understanding of equity markets, investment products, and trading platforms.
Strong communication, sales, networking, and client relationship management skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to acquire new clients and generate AUM.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
