Role Description The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail, hospitality, and distribution partners in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves developing sales plans, negotiating contracts, and ensuring strong brand visibility and product placement across assigned accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, forecasting demand, coordinating promotions, and collaborating with marketing to execute brand campaigns. The role also involves regular in-person meetings with clients, resolving issues, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities within the premium spirits segment. The Key Account Sales Manager will report on market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Key Accounts skills to drive revenue growth and manage high-value partnerships.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Customer Service skills to maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for negotiations, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven experience in the alcoholic beverages or FMCG industry, preferably in premium brands.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel locally for client meetings and market visits.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in basic sales tools and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of responsible marketing practices and legal regulations related to alcoholic beverages.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
