- An Admin & Front Office Executive is the primary face of a company, responsible for managing day-to-day front desk operations while providing essential administrative and operational support to keep the organization running efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Front Desk & Reception ManagementGreet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, and vendors in a warm, professional manner.
- Act as the central communication hub: answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, and respond to general email and chat inquiries.Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area.
- 2. Administrative & Operational SupportCoordinate schedules, book meeting rooms, and manage appointments for staff and leadership.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, mail, and packages.Manage office inventory, track stock, and order necessary stationery, pantry items, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate files, records, databases, and physical/digital documentation.
- 3. Cross-Functional AssistanceSupport the HR team with onboarding formalities, attendance logs, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist the Finance/Accounts team by processing basic invoices, maintaining expense reports, and handling petty cash.
