The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the inside sales team, achieving monthly revenue targets, improving team productivity, coaching sales executives, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. The ideal candidate has experience in EdTech, education, SaaS, or high-volume consultative sales and possesses strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Academic Counselors/Sales Executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Team performance and ensure revenue goals are consistently achieved.
Conduct daily sales huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth
Drive admissions and revenue through effective sales strategies.
Improve lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
Maximize revenue from inbound and outbound leads.
Identify new opportunities to increase sales and customer acquisition.
Team Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top-performing sales professionals.
Create individual development plans for team members.
Conduct regular call audits and provide constructive feedback.
Manage attendance, productivity, and performance metrics.
Sales Operations
Ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up.
Monitor CRM hygiene and maintain accurate sales records.Track daily KPIs including:
