About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our Real Estate client. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging video content, property walkthroughs, and social media posts. Candidates must own a smartphone and be proficient in editing videos directly on their phone using mobile editing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging video content for real estate projects, properties, and marketing campaigns.
- Shoot property walkthroughs, site visits, client testimonials, and promotional videos using a smartphone.
- Edit videos, reels, and short-form content using mobile editing apps such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar tools.
- Create content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Develop creative ideas and content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute content campaigns.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand's image and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with social media trends and real estate market developments.
Requirements
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Must own a smartphone with a good camera for content creation.
- Strong knowledge of mobile video editing applications.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in real estate content creation will be an added advantage.
