Job Description
- To manage and run the clinic as an independent profit Centre and meet sales revenue and profit targets
- To Plan and execute various Sales & Marketing activities for achieving targets.
- To promote the clinic & ensure proper handling of walk-ins, counselling prospective patients and Converting enquiries to registrations
- To manage cash flows/receivables/payables.
- To maintain files/records/databanks.
- To know & study the general market, industry & competition.
- To assist in the promotion of products and give information on prices and relevant details to customers.
- To provide relevant information to clients or refer them to appropriate Treatments
- To schedule/reschedule appointments for clients after referring to appointment planner and coordinating with respective experts at the clinic.
- To reconfirm appointments or make reminder calls to clients who have specifically requested for a particular service.
- To generate and update client records or other records as desired from time to time.
- To attend all staff meetings as and when directed by the Management
- To ensure that all duties are carried out in line with SSC policies with high standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene and correct uniform
- Product sales targets to be achieved.
Desired Candidate Skills:
- BBA/MBA in Marketing with minimum 1 year of work experience in sales
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, understand and customize a treatment plan according to the clients' requirements.
- Organized individual with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to handle the branch independently
- Working proficiency in MS Office.
- candidate with an immigration background will bring additional value
Timings: 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
