Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete operations of the hotel, restaurant, and banquet facilities.
- Lead and manage all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Sales, HR, Engineering, Security, and Accounts.
- Increase room occupancy, banquet bookings, restaurant revenue, and overall profitability.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, purchasing, inventory, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and event planners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports for the management.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 3–5 years as a General Manager, Resident Manager, Operations Manager, or Hotel Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven experience in revenue management, budgeting, cost control, and business development.
- Good knowledge of hotel PMS/POS systems, OTA management, and hospitality technology.
- Ability to independently manage hotel operations and make strategic business decisions.
- Candidates with experience in 3-star, 4-star, or boutique hotels will be preferred.
