ob Title: Back Office ExecutiveJob Summary:
The Back Office Executive will support the day-to-day office operations by managing documentation, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. The role requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files.
- Collect, verify, and update data in company systems.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and other office documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and field staff for smooth workflow.
- Track assigned tasks and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
- Handle email communication and maintain proper documentation.
- Update and maintain accurate records in MS Excel and other office software.
- Assist the reporting manager with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
- Support the team in daily office operations and process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in a back office or administrative role (Freshers may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in data entry, documentation, or office administration.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and record management.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
