Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and execution-oriented Marketing Officer who can manage digital marketing initiatives along with brand events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. The role requires expertise in content strategy, SEO, campaign execution, event coordination, branding, and performance analysis to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion
Research and implement relevant keywords, SEO strategies, and content optimization techniques to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Monitor and analyse website/content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GA4, and other digital marketing platforms.
Coordinate with content writers, designers, developers, and agencies to ensure all content is SEO-friendly, conversion-optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Support structuring and optimization of landing pages, blogs, product pages, URLs, metadata, image alt texts, and internal linking for improved user experience and engagement.
Execute and support content marketing, influencer marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Analyse ROI, ROAS, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and marketing spend while suggesting data-driven improvements.
Track competitor digital strategies, market trends, and cosmetic industry activities to identify opportunities and content gaps.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports with insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
Ensure consistency of brand identity, communication, and visual guidelines across all digital and offline marketing activities.
Event Planning & Exhibition Management
Research and identify relevant exhibitions, trade fairs, events, and branding opportunities aligned with company objectives.
Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, trade fairs, ATL & BTL activities, and promotional events to maximize brand visibility and business inquiries.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, designers, and event organizers for booth conceptualization, setup, branding, and execution.
Manage event logistics including samples, display materials, brochures, giveaways, stationery, banners, presentations, and shipping arrangements.
Create and coordinate promotional creatives, posters, marketing materials, and event communication campaigns.
Handle on-site event execution, setup supervision, coordination, and real-time troubleshooting during exhibitions/events.
Support visitor engagement, inquiry handling, lead data collection, and coordination with sales/BD teams for lead conversion tracking.
Track event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective execution within approved budgets.
Prepare post-event analysis reports including lead generation, conversions, ROI, event effectiveness, and improvement recommendations.
Source and manage new vendors/agencies for branding, event management, fabrication, printing, and promotional requirements.
Coordination & Organizational Support
Coordinate with internal departments for marketing approvals, campaign execution, and event planning activities.
Support internal projects related to employee engagement, learning & development, team-building initiatives, and organizational culture activities.
Encourage creative participation and innovative marketing ideas across teams to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Ensure all marketing and event activities strictly follow company branding, communication standards, and organizational values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/master’s in marketing or relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, exhibitions, or FMCG/cosmetics marketing.
Experience in cosmetics manufacturing or private-label industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, email automation tools, event planning & exhibition coordination .
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
SEO, Google Analytics, GA4, Google Search Console.
Excellent communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong execution focus.
