We are hiring an experienced Commis 1 Chinese Cook for ourfood outlet **Fresh n Healthy** located in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu. The outletspecializes in parcel/takeaway service with a focused menu of Indo-Chinese andseafood items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Fried Rice (Veg, Egg, Chicken, Fish)
- Handle Fish Fry and seafood preparation
- Cook Hakka Noodles, Schezwan Fried Rice, Manchurian dishes
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage ingredient prep, portioning, and mise en place
- Ensure consistent taste and quality in every order
- Handle high-volume parcel orders during peak hours
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Indo-Chinese cooking
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Knowledge of fish and seafood handling
- Speed and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen
- Basic Hindi or willingness to communicate in simpleEnglish/Tamil
