Hiring Alert | Transactional Buyer / Procurement Operations Specialist
Location: Pune / Jaipur
Experience: 3–5 Years
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Transactional Buyer / Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create & manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP from approved PRs
- Validate pricing, quantities, demand & delivery timelines before PO release
- Coordinate with suppliers for acknowledgements and expedite deliveries
- Manage inventory planning using SAP MRP & MD04
- Resolve operational, GRN & invoice mismatch issues with cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate order books and support procurement operations
Required Skills:
Strong SAP MM knowledge (PR-to-PO process mandatory)
Experience in procurement operations / transactional buying
Knowledge of MRP & MD04
Supplier coordination & expediting experience
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook & SharePoint
Manufacturing / Supply Chain background preferred
Experience working with international stakeholders
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma / Equivalent
(Non-engineering background preferred)
