We are hiring an experienced Production Manager for our frozen food manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, managing production planning, supervising teams, and ensuring quality and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations
- Plan and execute production schedules
- Supervise production staff and workflow
- Monitor productivity and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with Quality Control and dispatch departments
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are followed
Requirements
- Experience in food manufacturing or frozen food production
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Ability to manage teams and production targets
- Knowledge of quality control and hygiene standards
