Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative with experience in the garment accessories industry, specifically elastics and narrow fabrics. The candidate will be responsible for developing business with export houses, buying houses, garment manufacturers, lingerie manufacturers, and apparel exporters across India and international markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate new business opportunities with export houses, buying houses, garment manufacturers, and apparel brands.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sourcing teams, merchandising teams, and procurement departments.
- Promote the company's range of elastics, jacquard elastics, waistbands, fold-over elastics, hook & eye products, and garment accessories.
- Identify new customers and convert inquiries into orders.
Key Account Management
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate developments with internal teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Export & Buying House Coordination
- Liaise with buying houses and export houses for new developments and approvals.
- Follow up on sampling, product developments, bulk orders, and deliveries.
- Understand international quality and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure timely execution.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Drive business growth in domestic and export segments.
Market Development
- Develop new business in key garment hubs such as Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Ludhiana, Bengaluru, Tiruppur, Chennai, and overseas markets.
- Participate in textile and garment exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
- Gather market intelligence and identify new product opportunities.
Reporting
- Maintain CRM and sales reports.
- Submit weekly sales activity and customer visit reports.
- Forecast sales opportunities and business pipeline.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Textiles, Fashion, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in sales of elastics, narrow fabrics, garment trims, lingerie accessories, labels, or related textile accessories.
- Strong network with export houses, buying houses, garment exporters, lingerie manufacturers, and apparel brands.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for customer meetings.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing and sourcing processes will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

- Salary: ₹4–8 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
