- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes as per standard recipes.
- Prepare ingredients, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the senior chef.
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper utilization of ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Follow all company policies, kitchen procedures, and safety regulations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
