Role description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an IAM Operations Analyst with hands-on experience in SailPoint support and IAM operations. The role focuses on identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, certification support, and operational activities within the SailPoint platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily IAM operational activities in SailPoint
- Handle access requests, incidents, and service tickets within SLA
- Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) activities
- Execute provisioning and de-provisioning activities
- Support access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit activities
- Coordinate with application teams for access-related issues
Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in IAM or Security Operations
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint support activities
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management and governance
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, or LDAP
- Strong communication and coordination skills
