About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate should possess an MBA along with a technical background in Engineering and have a passion for developing customer relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets.
Eligibility
Education:
- MBA (Mandatory)
- Engineering background in any of the following disciplines:
- Instrumentation
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Electronics
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in engineering, industrial, automation, or technical products/services will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
- Basic understanding of engineering and industrial products.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for customer meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
