Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician to join our Solar Service & Maintenance team. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining rooftop and commercial solar power systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum system uptime, attending service calls, identifying technical issues, and delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities ∙Perform inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of solar power systems. ∙Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, inverter, panel, and system performance issues. ∙Diagnose faults in solar PV systems and implement effective solutions. ∙Install, replace, and commission solar system components whenever required. ∙Conduct routine site visits and emergency breakdown support. ∙Monitor system performance and prepare service reports after each visit. ∙Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures. ∙Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and issue resolution. ∙Maintain records of service activities, spare parts, and maintenance history. ∙Support installation teams during complex commissioning activities when required. ∙Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery.
Required Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field. ∙Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Installation, Maintenance, or Service.
Good knowledge of:
Solar PV Systems oSolar Inverters oElectrical Wiring & Troubleshooting oAC/DC Systems oEarthing Systems oElectrical Safety Practices ∙
Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
∙Familiarity with testing equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.

Mandatory Requirements
∙Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the solar industry.
∙Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
∙Own Two-Wheeler is Mandatory. ∙Willingness to travel to customer sites across Kerala as required.
∙Ability to work in outdoor environments and at heights when necessary.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
