Role Overview
The Business Operations Intern will support daily academic and operational activities, coordinate between departments, maintain operational data, plan batches, and ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Academic, Sales, Marketing, Trainers, and Overseas Education teams
- Maintain and update student enrollment records and operational data
- Track batch progress and trainer schedules
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports Support documentation and workflow management
- Assist in student onboarding and batch allocation
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
Daily Responsibilities
1) Batch Planning
Assist in planning upcoming batches based on admissions and trainer availability
Coordinate with the Sales team for confirmed enrollments Ensure proper batch allocation and scheduling
2) Batch Updates & Daily Sheet Maintenance
Collect daily updates on batch progress and attendance Maintain and update daily batch tracking sheets
3) Daily Operations Meeting
Attend daily operations meetings and present updates Take notes and track action points
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with Google Sheets Strong attention to detail
Time management and organizational skills
