· Proven track record shipping successful consumer applications at scale
· Excellent grasp of Design Thinking process with an ability to define product vision and UX strategy
· Strong UX research and synthesis capabilities along with robust data analysis and metrics-driven design approach
· Expert proficiency in Figma Design for UI design along with motion design and prototyping skills (using Figma Design, Figma Make, After Effects or similar)
· Expert knowledge of mobile (iOS and Android) and web app design patterns along with deep understanding of consumer behaviour and mobile trends
· Excellent interaction design, usability evaluation, visual design and micro-interaction skills
· Experience establishing and scaling design systems
· Excellent grasp of responsive and adaptive design along with a strong understanding of HTML and CSS
· Good knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
