About the Role
We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-focused Steward to join our Perfume Café team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a premium guest experience in a luxury café environment centered around perfumes, beverages, and lifestyle experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food, beverage, and perfume experience orders accurately.
- Serve café items and maintain high service standards.
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and product information.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
- Set up and clear tables efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and perfume retail staff for smooth operations.
- Handle guest queries and resolve minor service issues politely.
- Ensure grooming and presentation standards are maintained at all times.
- Support daily opening and closing duties.
Requirements
- candidates preferred for this role.
- Minimum qualification: High School / Diploma in Hospitality preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in café, restaurant, lounge, or luxury hospitality service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service etiquette.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in premium cafés, perfume boutiques, or luxury retail hospitality.
- Knowledge of coffee service and customer engagement.
- Basic English speaking skills preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
