Job Overview
This role involves developing and managing BIM models for architectural and structural elements, including Scan to BIM projects, ensuring seamless integration with design and construction workflows. The BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, optimize models for efficiency, and maintain high standards of documentation, coordination, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM Modeling (Architecture/Structure)
Hands-on experience in Scan to BIM workflows using point cloud data
Proficiency in Revit (Architecture/Structure); knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks preferred
Strong understanding of BIM standards, coordination processes, and documentation
Experience working on architectural and structural coordination models
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, on-site team environment
Good communication skills and ability to meet project deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage BIM models for architectural and structural elements
Work on Scan to BIM projects, converting point cloud data into accurate BIM models
Prepare architectural and structural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free models
Maintain BIM models in accordance with project standards, LOD requirements, and company BIM protocols
Perform model audits, quality checks, and error resolution
Optimize BIM models for efficiency, constructability, and coordination
Extract drawings, schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models
Support design development and construction documentation
Ensure proper version control, documentation, and model integrity throughout the project lifecycle

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
