Role Overview:
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors and callers. You will handle a variety of administrative, customer service, and immigration-related tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the front desk. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will be crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and Visitor Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Telephone and Communication:
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
- Handle email correspondence and distribute mail.
- Respond to general inquiries.
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with basic data entry and filing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain and update office supplies.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude.
- Other Duties:
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Senior Secondary School diploma or equivalent.
- Fresher or an experience as a front desk receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with basic immigration processes and documentation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of local area and Sangrur community is a plus.
- Fluency in local language, and Hindi and or English.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
