Job Description
1. Recruitment & Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Assist department heads in hiring suitable candidates as per manpower requirements.
- Manage employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmation processes.
2. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations
- Maintain daily attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Prepare attendance and payroll inputs for salary processing.
- Maintain leave records, overtime records, and employee movement reports.
- Support employee exit formalities, full and final settlements, and documentation.
- Ensure all HR records are accurate, updated, and confidential.
3. Administration & Office Management
- Manage office administration, housekeeping, pantry, stationery, courier, and office maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and facility maintenance.
- Supervise Reception, Back Office Executive, Office Boy, and Housekeeping staff.
- Ensure office assets, records, and administrative documents are properly maintained.
- Support management in organizing meetings, employee engagement activities, and office events.
4. HR Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee disciplinary procedures.
- Address routine employee queries related to HR and administration.
- Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Promote a positive, professional, and disciplined work environment.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare HR MIS reports, attendance reports, recruitment status reports, and employee records.
- Maintain manpower planning and recruitment trackers.
- Recommend improvements to HR and administrative processes for better efficiency.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative support.
- Perform any other HR or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Director.
Job Specification
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll support, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Basic understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
