Job Summary
Grip Exclusive Store is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Store Executive to join our team in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently managing daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
- Achieve sales targets and promote store offers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the store manager for daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail or store operations (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Honest, punctual, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
