We are looking for a highly driven Sr. Business Development Executive with proven experience in the EdTech industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales, from lead engagement to final conversion, for high-value courses and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert them into enrollments
- Conduct detailed counseling sessions with students/parents
- Understand learner needs and pitch suitable programs
- Manage the complete sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Mentor junior BDEs (if required) and support team targets
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills (High-ticket sales preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong objection handling and closing skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Counseling
- Experience in selling online courses or training programs is preferred
