- Directly manage a team of loaders, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues related to loading operations.
- Verify product quantities and ensure accuracy during loading, checking against packing slips and other documentation.
- Inspect goods before loading to identify any damage or discrepancies, ensuring the quality of products being shipped.
