Position Overview
- Role: Product Advisor - Telesales
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (1 rotational week off between Monday and Friday)
Salary & Compensation
- Freshers: ₹16,000 Net Take Home
- Experienced: Up to ₹20,000 Net Take Home (Based on experience and interview performance)
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Tamil and English (Mandatory)
Experience Requirements:
- For Freshers: 2025 graduates/pass-outs with exceptional communication skills in English and Tamil.
- For Experienced Candidates: Must have a strict background in Telesales (specifically from Loans, Matrimony, Credit Cards, or Insurance domains).
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services.
- Understand customer needs and effectively guide them through the product benefits.
- Utilize strong convincing and negotiation skills to close sales and meet daily/monthly targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information.
- Follow up with warm leads to ensure end-to-end conversion.
