What is in it for you?
As a Technical Lead - Snowflake, you will be part of an Agile team responsible for building, optimizing, and supporting data pipelines using modern Cloud technologies while ensuring reliable and high-quality data solutions for healthcare use cases.
Responsibilities: -
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and DBT.
- Monitor and support data pipelines to ensure smooth execution and data availability.
- Perform troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for data-related issues.
- Write complex SQL queries, and develop stored procedures for efficient data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across data workflows.
- Support production environments, and ensure high availability and reliability of data services.
- Proactively identify issues, and implement performance improvements and automation.
- Work on process documentation, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Leverage tools such as Snowflake Cortex for AI-driven data capabilities.

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Skills: -
Mandatory Technical Skills: -
- Hands-on experience in SQL,Azure Data Factory (ADF), Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience in DBT
- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures
- Experience in monitoring, support, and incident management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with RCA capabilities
- Experience working on data pipeline orchestration and optimization
Good to Have Skills: -
- Experience in AI tools such as Snowflake Cortex
- Prior experience in working on healthcare data or healthcare domain
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g.: HIPAA)
- Experience working in Agile environments
