We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our client base, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in online bidding platforms, client communication, and sales management within the IT services industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, online networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Handle platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar marketplaces to acquire new projects and clients.
- Build and maintain healthy professional relationships with clients for long-term collaboration and repeat business.
- Analyze client requirements and suggest appropriate IT solutions based on their business needs.
- Manage the complete sales process including lead generation, proposal submission, follow-ups, negotiations, and project closure.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business targets assigned by the company.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, development, and project coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or IT sales.
- Practical experience with bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, or other online marketplaces.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office tools, and LinkedIn for professional networking.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
