# Job Description – Sales Executive
**Location:** Buddha Hospital, Bijnor
### Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented **Sales Executive** to support patient acquisition and hospital outreach activities for Buddha Hospital, Bijnor. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare field sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.
### Key Responsibilities
1. **PHC Visits**
* Visit Primary Health Centres (PHCs) and other government healthcare facilities in and around Bijnor.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with MOICs, medical staff, ASHA workers, ANMs, and other local healthcare stakeholders.
2. **Health Camps**
* Attend and coordinate health camps organized by Buddha Hospital.
* Assist doctors during camps by managing patient registration, counseling, and overall on-ground coordination.
3. **Patient Referrals**
* Identify and refer eligible patients under the **Ayushman Bharat Scheme** for treatment at Buddha Hospital.
* Educate patients and their families about the benefits and treatment process available under the scheme.
4. **Target Achievement**
* Work in assigned geographical areas to achieve monthly patient referral targets for OPD and IPD admissions.
* Regularly monitor field activities and maintain referral records.
5. **Patient Follow-up**
* Coordinate with referred patients for document collection, Ayushman card verification, admission formalities, and post-discharge feedback.
* Ensure a smooth patient journey from referral to treatment.
### Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum **6 months of experience** as a **Medical Representative** or in a similar healthcare field sales role.
* Experience in hospital marketing or patient referral activities will be preferred.
* Candidates from the Bijnor region or nearby locations will be given preference.
### Required Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in **Hindi**.
* Basic knowledge of the **Ayushman Bharat Scheme** and its processes.
* Strong fieldwork and relationship-building abilities.
* Good patient counseling and coordination skills.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
