We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Telecalling Executive to support our recruitment team by connecting with candidates and coordinating the hiring process.
Job Responsibilities
- Call candidates from the company database and job portals.
- Explain job roles, salary, location, and company policies to candidates.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews with the recruitment team.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain daily call records and candidate database.
- Coordinate with HR for onboarding formalities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and interview scheduling targets.
Pay: Up to ₹9,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
