Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible service
Manage stock and inform management about shortages
Support team members during busy hours
Follow company policies and safety standards
Requirements & Skills: Previous bartending experience preferred (Freshers may apply) Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of cocktails, spirits and bar equipment Ability to work in fast-paced environments Strong time-management skills Professional attitude and grooming Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Hospitality or bartending certification (optional, preferred)
