Key Responsibilities and Job Description (JD)
- Financial & Operational Audits: Perform risk-based internal audits of IP/OP/ER billing processes, TPA billing, and insurance claims to prevent revenue leakage and errors.
- Inventory Control: Audit pharmacy stocks, medical supplies, and consumable inventory to identify shortages, wastage, or pilferage.
- Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure adherence to NABH, NABL, and regulatory standards, supporting accreditation audits.
- Reporting & Action: Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations, presenting them to management and tracking corrective actions.
- Internal Controls: Evaluate and enhance internal controls, recommending improvements in SOPs
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
