Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Team Head to oversee sales, admissions, and branch performance across North Kerala. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, multi-branch management experience, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales, admissions, and counseling teams across multiple branches.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor branch-wise performance, admissions, and revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Team Leaders and Sales Managers.
- Ensure effective lead management and conversion processes.
- Conduct regular branch visits, reviews, and performance audits.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize business performance.
- Prepare regional MIS reports and present business updates to senior management.
- Drive a high-performance culture across all branches.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Education, EdTech, or Sales Leadership.
- Proven experience in handling multiple teams or branch operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Ability to travel across North Kerala branches.
