Experience Required: 0 to 5 Years of Experience in Automation/ Instrumentation products (Freshers are most welcomed)
Qualification: BE/B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Power Electronics or Instrumentation.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Location: 72 B, Rd D, Phase I, Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382445
Job Responsibilities:
1) Handle procurement of electronic components .
2) Identify and develop new vendors and suppliers.
3) Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
4) Prepare purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery.
5) Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments
6) Maintain procurement records and documentation.
7) Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability.
8) Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.
9) Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Required Skills:
1) Knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
2) Good negotiation and communication skills.
3) Understanding of BOM and material planning.
4) Familiarity with ERP software/MS Excel.
5) Strong analytical and coordination skills.
