About the Role:
Saraswati Group of Colleges, Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Cinematographer.
The role requires a creative and technically skilled professional who can capture high-quality videos and visual content for institutional branding, academic activities, events, student engagement campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute professional video shoots for academic, promotional, and institutional purposes
- Capture high-quality footage of campus events, seminars, workshops, conferences, and student activities
- Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices
- Collaborate with the marketing and media team to create engaging visual content
- Develop creative shot compositions and visual storytelling concepts
- Ensure proper setup of lighting, framing, and camera movements during shoots
- Maintain and manage camera equipment and production gear
- Assist in pre-production planning, location scouting, and shoot coordination
- Work closely with editors to ensure smooth post-production workflows

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Cinematography, Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in cinematography, videography, or media production
- Strong portfolio showcasing professional video projects
- Experience handling professional camera equipment and production setups
Required Skill Set:
- Strong understanding of cinematography techniques and visual storytelling
- Expertise in camera operations, lighting, and composition
- Knowledge of video production workflows and equipment management
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as within a creative team
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in educational, corporate, or digital media projects will be an added advantage
