We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our team and help us expand our B2B client base.
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our outbound sales efforts. The successful candidate will be provided with a large database of target companies and will be responsible for researching contact details, reaching out to decision-makers, introducing our services, and setting up meetings for our core team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Enrichment: Research and extract accurate contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, and key personnel) for companies from a provided internal database.
- Outbound Calling: Initiate cold calls to prospective B2B clients to confidently pitch our tech, design, and marketing services.
- Lead Qualification: Gauge client interest, understand immediate business needs, and answer basic queries regarding our service offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up calls, virtual meetings, or consultations between interested prospects and the core team members.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all calls, client details, and lead statuses.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct basic online research (LinkedIn, Google, company websites) to find contact details.
- Persuasive, confident, and polite phone etiquette.
- Basic understanding of technical services (Web/App Dev, SEO, Design) is a strong plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and track multiple leads efficiently.
