Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Engineer to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize production delays.
- Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements.
- Identify and recommend improvements for equipment performance and reliability.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for critical repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate best practices into maintenance activities.
