Job Title: Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research across Mutual Funds, Equities, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, REITs, Commodities, IPOs, and alternative investments.
- Develop asset allocation strategies, investment views, and model portfolios based on market trends and risk assessments.
- Prepare research reports, market updates, investment notes, and portfolio recommendations.
- Manage end-to-end portfolio construction, performance monitoring, rebalancing, and risk analysis.
- Support investment product development through due diligence, product evaluation, and collaboration with fund managers and AMCs.
- Present research insights and investment recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Create investor-focused content including newsletters, articles, presentations, and market commentaries.
- Drive research process improvements, team knowledge-sharing initiatives, and timely execution of research deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and maintain robust governance standards across research and product management activities.
Qualification & Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Investment Research, Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Investment Advisory.
- Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Equities, PMS, AIFs, SIFs, Bonds, Commodities, REITs, IPOs, and alternative investments.
- Experience in model portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment product development.
- Sound understanding of domestic and global macroeconomics, market cycles, and investment strategy formulation.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, research databases, portfolio analytics tools, and content creation platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and investment product governance.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
